We are now seeking a patient focused part-time Dental Receptionist/Assistant join our hard-working dental team in Townsville on a 13 month Maternity leave cover commencing June 2024 through to July 2025.
This position offers flexibility as a part-time role working 3 days a week as per roster below;
- Monday 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Thursday 10.00am to 6.30pm
- Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
The ideal candidate will be a team player, be able to provide excellent customer service to our patients, be efficient in their tasks and have a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reception and daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, booking appointments, processing payments
- Chair-side assisting
- Setting up surgeries for treatment
- Stocking and organising rooms
- Infection control and sterilisation of instruments
