SalaryA rare opportunity is available for a CASUAL/Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our high-end practice.
About Us:
We pride ourselves with quality over quantity. We are a small, easy going practice operating two chairs and we use EXACT software. Operating hours are Monday - Thursday 7.45am - 5.45pm and Friday - Saturday 7.45am - 1.15pm.
The Role:
- Provide effective chair-side assistance to a team of busy Dentists who perform a wide range of dental work and surgical procedures including implant placement.
- Prepare rooms for treatment or surgery
- Maintain the steralisation room
- Prepare trays and stock rooms
Requirements:
- Certificate III Dental Assisting or equivalent is favoured but not required. Further training and the option of completing your Certificae III in Dental Assisting is applicable for the right candidate.
- Surgical experience highly favourable
- Knowledge of EXACT Dental software is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of infection control procedures
