About the opportunity:
Join our friendly and established practice! Here at Bupa Dental Petrie you will be supported to grow and work among a great team, if you are proactive to learn and love all things Dentistry than this is the Permanent Part Time opportunity for you (although we are happy to accommodate full time for the right candidate). We are open Monday and Wednesday between the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday we are open 8:00am - 5:00pm! Saturday we are open 8:00-2:00pm. No late nights!
This opportunity can be either Permanent Part Time or Full Time! Let us know what suits you!
The heart of the role:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:
- Ideally have 3 months+ experience in Australia as a dental assistant
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
