We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team at Dental House Group.
The role will be based at our Melton Dental House Clinic however will require travel between all the Dental House Clinics.
The role will involve a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to recruitment / HR support, logistics, marketing & social media content and some reception and general administration & support duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment support across our Dental House Group clinics
- Logistic and stock control management
- Assist with daily general administrative and reception duties
- Maintaining and updating our company policies and procedures
- Maintain and develop and streamline internal workflows
- Perform other related duties as allocated by management
Experience
You must be able to demonstrate: Ability to work independently and within a team. The successful applicant would ideally have previous experience working within the dental industry although not essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High level of care, accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Ability to focus, multi-task, prioritise effectively and work unsupervised
- Enjoy working in a fast paced tight-knit team environment
- Proven basic understanding of MS Office with previous experience in a similar role in Customer Service or Administration is highly desirable
- Experience with marketing and social media management is a plus.
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- You are presentable, organised, efficient and able to remain calm in a busy demanding environment.
