About Us:
Due to our high growth we are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join the Your Dentistree family. No two days are the same: We are a Platinum provider for Invisalign and perform hundreds of smile makeovers and Implants – experience in these fields is advantageous, however not essential as training would be provided.
We have a great team culture where everyone is supportive of each other and proud about the life changing experiences we contribute to our patients every day. We like to work hard and have fun with regularly social activities; go-karting, ice-skating, movie nights, dinners to name a few.
What you need for this role:
- Provide excellent customer service to our valued patients with a positive attitude in a fast paced environment
- Be a team player who has a caring and friendly nature
- Multi-task and ability to prioritise tasks
- Eagerness to undertake further training
- Chairside assisting is advantageous
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice and eagerness to improve/accept feedback
- Reliable, mature and strong sense of responsibility
- Highly organised
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Initiative, time-management skills and flexibility
- D4W software knowledge preferred
Remuneration is based on competence and experience whichwill be discussed at the interview.
