Dental Receptionist

Dental Couture has an opportunity for a full time front office coordinator to join our brand new dental clinic located in Sunbury.

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first person our patients see, you will set the image for our practice. Therefore, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a warm and friendly demeanor. 

Customer Service Role

• Provide a high standard of customer service and support to our patients, dentist and staff
• Managing the day to day operations of the Reception; oversee patient care, and ensure patients are well cared for
• Appointment book management
• Processing payment plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Providing 5 star customer service
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work, deal with competing demands, manage time effectively and ensure completion of tasks within deadlines.
• Strong computer literacy and design skills
• Preferably, experience within the dental industry and an understanding of the dental software would be a clear advantage
• Must be available to work Saturdays (please do not apply if unable to commit to every Saturday)
