SalarySeeking a casual Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our dental practice in Mitcham- Den Dental -
Looking for a staff who is:
1- motivated, has professional and mature attitude
2- be punctual and feel responsible
3- be computer literate, schedule appointments, receive and make phone calls and email to the people related to the practice including patients, vendors, stakeholders
4- good oral and written communication skill esp as this is a new practice the role of receptionist in attracting patients is very important . Explain patient's inquiries in detail patiently and willing to work as a part of a team
5- maintains accurate patient records regarding medical history, insurance information, treatment plans
6- process payments, work with insurance providers to process claims, ensure patients receive accurate billing and process fees for service rendered
7- administrative tasks like ordering supplies, managing inventory
8- must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
9- chairside assisting
10- sterilization and instrument processing following infection control standards.
