About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for either a full time or permanent part time highly motivated and organised experienced receptionist, or a dental assistant looking to transition into an administrative role.
This is a comprehensive role, where you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a learning environment. Remuneration is based on experience and for the right candidate there is potential to progress into a Treatment Coordinator.
About You:
- A multi-skilled, pro-active and experienced receptionist.
- An excellent communicator, organised and self-motivated.

- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise.
- Proficient computer skills.
Duties:
- Work along side our high performing team in a positive environment for both staff and patients.
- Manage and maintain our fully booked appointment book.
Assist in the coordination of patient experience, and coordinate our patient's treatment plan. - Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts.
Previous dental experience is desirable, however we also welcome applications from other industries. Work hours are Monday to Friday, in a flexible environment. We are open to a four day week for the right candidate.
