We provide an empathetic, supportive experience for our patients. We are currently seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist passionate about making a difference in our patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage multiple dentists’ appointment books.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with patients and team members to foster a welcoming clinic atmosphere.
- Patient Support: Offer exceptional support to our dental team in delivering high-quality care.
- Communication: Address patient inquiries with superior communication skills, ensuring clarity and positivity in interactions.
- Administrative Excellence: Conduct administrative duties with meticulous attention to detail to maintain precise patient accounts.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: At least two years of proven success as a Dental Receptionist, with commendable feedback from previous clinics.
- Certification: Must possess a Prime Practice or Savvy Dentist certificate or equivalent, emphasising advanced communication skills.

- Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing compassionate service.
- Be adept at easing the concerns of nervous patients and parents of anxious children.
- Excel in empathetic patient interactions and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
