As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop customised treatment plans based on patient needs and dental records.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the dental office schedule efficiently, considering patient availability and dentist availability.
- Verify insurance coverage, process claims, payment plans and assist patients in understanding the financial aspects of their treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional patient care by following up post-treatment, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex dental procedures in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in our dental software and computer systems.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment procedures, and basic dental insurance processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients and the dental team.
