As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and have a positive dental experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
First Point of Contact and Appointment Coordination: Timely response to inquiries. Performing comprehensive pre-consultation phone triage to understand patients' dental needs, concerns, and goals. Listening empathetically and addressing any questions or anxieties they may have. Scheduling and coordinating appointments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of Dental Treatments. Ensuring to follow up with patients to verify appointments and handle any rescheduling requests.
Treatment Planning and Financial Guidance: Collaborating with dentists and other team members to create personalised treatment plans for patients. Explaining treatment options, procedures, and associated costs in a clear and understandable manner. Offering flexible payment options and helping patients navigate through financial arrangements. Assisting patients in understanding their insurance coverage and providing accurate cost estimates.
Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with patients based on trust, respect, and empathy. Providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure their satisfaction and continued dental care.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses the following;
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities - MUST be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in dental software and scheduling systems
- Empathetic and patient-centric approach to care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
This is a full-time opportunity from Monday through to Saturday. Hours will be discussed with the successful applicant.
