Form of workExciting opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You role will be primarily following up on email and phone enquiries and booking in consults with our practioners. The job ideally needs a candidate that can commit to full time hours however some flexibility is possible. Renumeration will be a base salary and commission for each patient booked in and treatment started.
Position Overview: As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our clinic's success by managing and following up online leads, engaging with potential patients, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have a sales background, some dental knowledge, and the ability to work independently while taking the lead in driving results.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on online leads promptly and professionally.
- Engage with potential patients to understand their dental needs and concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for Dental Treatments.
- Provide information on treatment options, pricing, and financing to potential patients.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Basic knowledge of Dental Treatments and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
