Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven DENTAL TREATMENT MANAGER (Dental Sales Manager) to join our team.
As the Dental Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Lead generation from cold and warm leads (external and internal patient base) to fill the PS consultation books
CONVERTING leads into full dental renovation packages during the Sales consultation
ENSURING a seamless Journey for patients from onboarding to offboarding and subscription model
FOLLOWING up on anyone who has not converted with effective Retargeting
COACHING team to ensure they are effectively nurturing LEADS
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling and converting warm leads into dental clinic visits.
- Implement tracking systems to monitor lead progress, ensuring no opportunities are lost.
- Develop and execute email/sms B-B campaigns to provide value and nurture leads into sale consultations.
- Ensuring that the team understand how to convert warm leads in the clinic into PS consultations
Patient Record Management:
- Ensure comprehensive records, including photos and medical history, are maintained for all patients.
- Streamline processes to guarantee easy access and organization of patient information.
Sales Presentation:
- Utilize the 4Ps format to sell treatment plans with a compassionate and customer-centric approach.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of dental renovation packages to potential patients.
Sales Tracking and Retargeting:
- Create and maintain a system to track all sales and potential sales through the pipeline.
- Implement nurturing and retargeting strategies for warmer leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Patient Onboarding and Follow-up:
- Develop in-depth itineraries for patients to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Provide concierge touch-ins throughout the patient journey, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Ongoing Maintenance Programs:
- Effectively offboard patients, selling them into ongoing maintenance subscription programs.
- Develop strategies to promote and retain patients in subscription programs.
- Develop referral programs
Scorecard
- Lead Conversion Rate:
- Measure the percentage of leads successfully converted into sale consultations.
- Sales Conversion Rate:
- Track the percentage of sale consultations that result in the sale of dental renovation packages.
- Retention Rate in Maintenance Programs:
- Monitor the number of patients enrolled in ongoing maintenance subscription programs and their retention rate.
- Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT):
- Gather feedback from patients to evaluate their satisfaction with the entire process, from consultation to ongoing maintenance.
- Sales Pipeline Velocity:
- Measure the time it takes for leads to move through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to conversion.
- Patient Satisfaction scores of 4.8 stars out of 5 minimum
- Team satisfaction scores
