AddressJadecorp Property Group is currently running three major projects at various stages of the property cycle, and we're seeking a dynamic and talented Design Manager to join our team. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of these ventures with excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and approval process, whilst effectively managing relevant stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Collaborate closely with the Estimating Team to devise cost-effective and efficient construction methodologies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Driving quality through continual assessment and update of design solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through review, assessment, and confirmation of codes and standards.
- Foster seamless communication and coordination with the on-site team to fulfill construction and customer requirements during construction.
- Facilitate the submission of development and building approvals, providing crucial support in navigating regulatory processes.
- Gain exposure to development management work.
What we are looking for:
- Qualifications in Architecture or a related field are essential.
- Minimum 5 years’ architectural/design experience.
- Experience working for a developer or builder on residential or commercial projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of the diverse regulations and standards mandated by local and state authorities throughout the entirety of the construction process.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at various stages.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated.
