- User onboarding & offboarding, password resets via Azure Active Directory
- Respond to user support requests via phone, email, and very much in-person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Assist with basic network and security setup and maintenance
- Provide end-user training and assistance with computer and software applications
- Document support incidents and solutions in a ticketing system using ServiceNow or similar
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to computer systems
Requirements:
- MUST BE BASED IN SYDNEY
- 3+ years of experience in level 1-2 Desktop Support role
- Strong technical skills in Windows operating systems and Microsoft O365
- Good understanding of networking aspects such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- ITIL Foundation Certificate (or equiv. experience)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work a rotating roster onsite in Parramatta Monday to Friday between 9am - 6pm
