Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical hardware, software and Network issues
- Troubleshoot, configure and support clients' servers and IT infrastructure
- Be a trusted IT Professional, providing valuable advice and support to customers
- Provide outstanding customer service
Ideally you will mostly, if not, have all of the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years experience providing onsite, remote or over the phone support
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong experience or working knowledge with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, azure
- Working knowledge or experience with Networking technologies
- Strong experience supporting Office 365 is essential
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills paired with excellent documentation expertise
- Exceptional communication skills & enjoy dealing with clients and stakeholders
- The drive to learn more and grow
