You will be the lead in monitoring and understanding how the NSW Planning Portal interacts with Council resources and programs and implement continuous improvement in the delivery of e-planning for improved customer serviceTo view the Position Description, pleaseAbout YouWe are seeking an individual who holds a tertiary level qualification in town planning, building surveying, or equivalent related discipline and has a current NSW Class C drivers licence.You will have the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination of a team of people responsible for the provision of administrative services.
- High level written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ability to maintain confidentiality where necessary.
- High level of analytical and investigative skills including the ability to interpret planning and development legislation, regulations and guidelines.
- Working knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Office, TRIM (or other records management software system), and customer database systems (e.g. Authority).
- $1,790.80 per week base salary
- $196.99 per week superannuation (calculated at 11%)
