Development Assessment Planner

Job Title:Development Assessment Planner (Temporary Contract Position)
Location: Regional Council - Located 1.5h from Sydney

Job Requirements:

• Work on a variety of Development Applications spanning residential and commercial. 
• Prepare comprehensive assessment reports and present findings to the Council on development proposals.
• Assess development applications and subdivision certificates in alignment with Council’s policies and regulations.
