Job Overview:
As a Development Manager, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our current development team across a spectrum of projects spanning BTR, Co-living, Student Accommodation, and the Hotel sector, each at varying stages. Your responsibilities will extend to contributing to the design and execution of development projects, ensuring they progress successfully in alignment with project milestones and deliverables. This entails upholding standards of quality, safety, and sustainability, while also achieving the desired commercial outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Experience in Student Accommodation/Co-Living/BTR Residential/Hotel (preferred).
- Compile feasibility and maintain regular project forecasts (Estate Master or Excel)
- Assist with managing consultants and contracts.
- Liaising and assist in discussions with the relevant authorities, agents and builders.
- Manage all aspects of Design, Authority and Construction packages.
- Ensure timely processing, accurate coding and approval of project costs
- Assist in the planning, design and delivery of the development strategy
- Directly reporting to the SDM
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ideally 5+ years experiences in property development sector
- Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction or Equivalent
- Experience Collaborating with Multiple People with Diverse Backgrounds
- Strong Negotiation Skills with Stakeholders
- Self-motivated/ Self starter
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fast Learner with can-do attitude.
