Their substantial landbank, coupled with a pipeline of innovative projects, positions them strongly for current and future property cycles.
We are currently seeking a Development Graduate to become a Development Officer with this esteemed team.
The role:

• Assist in project coordination and support, working with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
• Assist in financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and project feasibilities analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permitting for development projects.
• Liaise with clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing updates and maintaining positive relationships.
• Assist in contract administration and management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality standards.

You will ideally have completed a degree in property, planning, engineering, commerce, or a related discipline. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, financial acumen, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
