This position will be responsible for the enforcement of the Planning and Building Regulatory requirements under the Planning Development and Infrastructure Act and Regulations and assist the Growth and Regulatory Services team with enforcement related matters.
The person would participate in research and investigations to identify and pursue contraventions, undertake inspections, send out compliance orders and undertake minor development assessment with the potential to develop a career in planning and building.
The successful applicant will have:

- Sound and accurate typing, data entry and word processing skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
