Development Project Manager - Infrastructure

Parramatta base location with flexible/hybrid work options Fixed term (18 months) full-time role with competitive salary package Enterprise role working on multiple projects at one time About the role The purpose of this role is to build and manage productive business relationships with development stakeholders such as developers, water service coordinators and councils, to ensure optimised investment efficiency and liveability outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively manage relationships with professional developers and their water service coordinator/s within the region to build strategic, long-term relationships that deliver the optimal infrastructure outcomes for growth and development.
• Manage Sydney Water’s engagement with Project Managers working for Developers to manage the delivery of new assets for the corporation and impacts on existing Sydney Water assets.
• Oversee the end-to-end case management of medium and high complexity developer projects to deliver against requirements, delivering on time and meeting quality and regulatory requirements.
