Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in Jewellery Sales or related customer service roles is preferred.
- Able to work weekends.
- Diamond knowledge (4C’s)
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
- Team player
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Participate in everyday store chores
Tasks & responsibilities
- Offer exceptional customer service.
- After-sales service and retain customer relations
- Collaborate with customers to design custom made jewellery pieces, Ability to understand and communicate ring customization guiding them through the design process and providing expert advice.
- Assist customers with repair inquiries, process repair orders.
- Able to manage with attention to detail.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to enhance your expertise and provide valuable insights to customers.
