We have exciting opportunities for experienced Senior Guest Services Assistants to join our Operations teams at our Coppabella Village located in the Bowen Basin approximately two hours inland from Mackay, QLD.
This position is responsible to supervise and manage the Guest Services team and involves processing bookings, allocating accommodation, performing check ins/check outs, preparing reports and general administration and retail duties.
Full-time, permanent positions available consisting of on-going rotating rosters (5-2 or 14-7 options - vary per village).

About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated relevant work experience at a supervisory level
- Experience with accommodation software packages (preferably RMS9)
- Capability to work well under pressure
- Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments
- The ability to train / assist in staff training
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
- Capability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your role
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening
- A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
- Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
- Cash handling experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
