Position Overview:
As a Digital Content Producer, you'll be at the forefront of our digital presence, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to elevate our brand on social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Create compelling content including posts, stories, and videos optimized for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with company objectives and product launches.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our message and reach new audiences.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance, track KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong creative vision and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
