AddressAs the Care Manager, you will have clinical oversight of a 84-bed Nursing Home a one hour drive from Newcastle, NSW.
What will some of your responsibilities be?
- You will use your clinical expertise, leadership and clear communication skills to oversee the care team on site.
- You will support the Facility Manager in the overall running of the Home, including managing budgets.
- With a strong understanding of the aged care standards and best practice, you will lead, inspire and educate the Care Team to promote delivery of quality care.
- Salary: Up to $122,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (depending on experience).
- 84 bed Nursing Home around a one hour drive from Newcastle, NSW.
- This role will report in to the Facility Manager on site, who is clinical.
- You will have the support of a Quality/Education Professional onsite.
- Fully accredited Home, with regular in-house training, education and development opportunities.
- Permanent full-time Monday to Friday role.

- AHPRA Registered Nurse with minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Prior experience in a Care Manager position - desirable. Clinical Care Coordinators / Experience Registered Nurse also invited to express interest.
- Looking for someone who is very clinically astute, and a mentor for the Junior RNs onsite. Bring your vast experience of Aged Care and enthusiasm to help maintain a positive work culture. Preference is for prior RAC Management experience.
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
