The transformation you will experience

This is an opportunity to join Starcom's team as Digital Director. You might be an established Digital Director or successful and ambitious Senior Digital Manager ready to take your next step, which we will support you on.

The beauty of this role is that you get to take ownership of your work - it is an incredible opportunity to make your mark on a well-known client, who have a huge appetite for innovative executions and impactful media.

The Digital Director will lead digital strategy and execution for a well-known client. Your focus will be on delivering an optimal digital campaign, whilst also collaborating with the wider team to bring innovative campaigns to life. You will provide strong leadership for your clients and support for their team. You will help drive towards digital maturity across test and learn projects and ensure the team reach targets and delight clients.

Of course, we do require a specific skillset with strong knowledge across all digital media channels however, what is equally just as important is we hire someone:

What type of person will be successful in this role

Someone with a passion for digital, excited by new tech, and overall loves to lead client conversations to help create new and exciting campaigns.

  • Providing solid direction on all aspects of digital campaign management with particular focus on Programmatic and Social (Search is also highly desirable).
  • Promoting continuous optimisation of the accounts and constantly seeking ways to improve campaign activity and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to plan and execute strategies that deliver on marketing objectives while being in budget and on time, in response to client briefs.
  • Developing strong partnerships with client stakeholders to propel key projects, improve ways of working, and develop a deep understanding of their business.
  • Leading, developing, & motivating a team to drive high performance and professional growth.
  • Providing strategic insights on what is happening in the client's industry, with consumers, and competitors. Solid experience in digital marketing with in-depth understanding of performance.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and inclusiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful track record in managing large clients.
  • Understanding of general and digital marketing concepts, language, and objectives.
  • Ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely.
