Or a Digital manager looking to take the next step in your career.An award winning digital boutique agency based just outside Sydney CBD is looking for a Digital Director to join their team. This role is for someone who is coming from an agency background in Performance marketing across Paid Search/ Social and Programmatic.Job OverviewIn this role you will be leading a growing digital team in executing day-to-day tasks and strategies for clients, as well as assisting in developing new business.You will be responsible for overseeing all digital operations from strategy to delivering results, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients, grasping their objectives, and offering strategic counsel to accomplish their digital marketing objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and guide a diverse team of digital marketers, offering supervision, assistance, and training, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies customized to each client’s requirements, encompassing social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and programmatic trading.
  • Performance Enhancement: Supervise campaign refinements concentrating on vital performance metrics and mentor your team in data-driven decision-making to enhance campaigns for optimal ROI and efficacy.
  • Budget Oversight: Efficiently manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring prudent allocation in accordance with trading agreements.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Keep updated on the latest digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and technologies, and integrate innovative approaches to keep Sanctuary Media Group and our clients at the forefront.
  • Audience Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to pinpoint target audience demographics, media consumption patterns, and market trends, providing valuable insights for media planning decisions.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with the analytics team to supervise campaign reporting and contribute to insights and recommendations for enhancement to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably agency)
  • Expert technical understanding and on-the-tools experience in Social Ads,
Google/Microsoft Ads, Native, Digital Video and programmatic trading platforms aswell as high technical ability in GTM and Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of CRO, SEO and basic website optimisation
  • Some prior experience working with Not for Profits would be a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable
  • insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively
manage teams and cultivate client relationships.Next steps:
