Due to rapid expansion, we’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital and e-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. This newly created role will work closely with the Marketing Director and Co-founders of the business to help take the business to the next level. As the Digital and e-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing and e-Commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall digital presence of our brands. This role requires a strategic ‘thinker and doer’, with a proven track record in digital and social media marketing, e-Commerce and project management.

Based near Cronulla in Sydney’s south, Professional Beauty Solutions is a rapidly growing, Australian-owned beauty distribution company. We manage the Australian brand representations for a host of global beauty brands, including: Image Skincare, Pure Fiji, Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, Sunescape Tan, Makeup Eraser, and many more!
About the Role
Key tasks and responsibilities will include (but of course, are not limited to):
- Driving the growth of the D2C business and develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across 15 brands to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and maximise online sales.
- Utilising various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM to achieve business objectives.
- Planning and budgeting of all digital marketing activities ensuring all activity is delivered on time which you have set and agreed on.
- Managing of email marketing including weekly campaign EDMs, content plans and email automations for customer journeys and retention flows.
- Ownership of our e-commerce websites and the day-to-day operations of our websites ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online experience.
- Collaborating with website developers to manage projects and optimise the website for user experience and conversion.
- Managing all paid campaigns including Meta, TikTok & Google Ads while optimising spend and performance.
- Working with wider marketing team to drive social media strategies across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok.
- Utilising SEO programs and keyword research tools to increase brand visibility.
- Providing sales reports and insights to measure ROI and make data-driven adjustments to achieve set KPIs.
- Providing reports on social media paid and SEM activities (clicks, conversion data, ad expenses, ROI etc.
- Monitoring and analysing website traffic and user behaviour via Google Analytics, Looker Studio & HotJar to monitor and identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates. Includes setting up required tracking, goals and event/UTM tracking.
- Building and managing internal briefs and working with cross functional teams (including marketing, operations, education & customer care) to deliver various projects.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior team members.
About you:
- You have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar E-Commerce role.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Communications or a similar field.
- You demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies that meet business objectives.
- You have experience with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo & other related programs.
- You have a strong understanding of online marketing and SEO technology.
- Experience with analytical tools including Google Analytics
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
