Our direct-to-consumer sales are very important to us and come through our e-commerce store making it one of our most important digital assets. An exciting opportunity has opened for an E-Commerce Manager to join the team. If you love media, marketing, conversions and sales you’ll excel in this role.
The main focus of the business is to attract new subscribers and retain our current ones and you'll deliver digital marketing campaigns to achieve your budgets and targets. You will also help us refine our communications and shop operations to ensure our customers have a great experience buying from us!
This is a key role in our Company for a driven individual who has experience in marketing and e-commerce, specifically meeting revenue targets. This year we have relaunched our e-commerce store, making this a great time to join the team and contribute to this important side of our business.
What you will do:
Manage, meet and report on website performance and sales targets.
Optimise the site to maintain key metrics including:- bounce rate, conversions, time on site, member sign ups.
Devise exciting offers and push them to market through all online and offline channels to acquire new subscribers and buyers.
Write and brief attractive creative that reflects the brand and offers.
Execute the subscriber email marketing renewal program for each title and track retention rates.
Update the website with new offers, products and landing pages that convert.
Manage and liaise with 3rd party market places to ensure their revenue targets are met.
Work closely with your team, providing them with general support, dispatch reports and carrying out ad-hoc admin tasks.
What we are looking for:
Past experience managing an ecommerce business, Shopify experience is an advantage.
Successful track record in meeting online revenue targets.
Strong email and CRM marketing experience.
Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
A creative eye and an understanding of digital marketing channels.
Experience delivering great customer service.
You must be reliable and have good organizational skills with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment and have great attention to detail.
You must be self-motivated and able to work well within a team as well as autonomously to achieve weekly KPIs and targets
You must have an adaptable and flexible work approach as priorities change
