As well as through providing best in class risk management services tailored to our customers' individual needs.• GEMS has expertise in energy supply and global commodities; risk management and market access; green & low carbon solutions; and asset management and flexibility services.Job description:The Role:At Simply Energy we are seeking for Digital Experience Manager to define and lead innovative Digital Experiences across Simply Energy's digital sales and service platforms.The Digital Experience Manager will work across the customer lifecycle and own the Digital Experience to deepen relationships with our customers and improve customer service and satisfaction in line with customer needs.The role is accountable to the Head of Digital Experience and the incumbent can work flexibly from home and from our Southbank office - hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: Manage budget to develop and deliver Simply Energy's strategic digital customer experience roadmap Develop, lead and prioritise a strategic program of work across a range of digital sales and service platforms by working closely with the Technology, Marketing and Customer Experience teams and aligning to business needs. Manage a team to deliver best in class Digital Experiences that are future proofed and reduce Churn and Cost to Serve while increasing digital adoption and engagement. Lead and up-skill team members on best practice digital engagement. Complete research and analyse data to develop and/or support a sound understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations; Lead and champion the CRO program to ensure ongoing optimisations across Digital Experiences Profile description:About You:To be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing cross-functional digital programs including design and user experience enhancements across a suite of digital customer platforms.You will be experienced with online customer journey design, UX and UI strategy development.You possess a can-do attitude and can work collaboratively with others. You will also have experience working with external creative/media agencies and web-developers and can manage positive relationships with them.Highly organised with excellent project management skills.Knowledge of Figma design system will be well regarded.
