• Working closely with the assigned regions as well as our Digital Grid execution unit to develop further the Digital Grid portfolio and business, while supporting our customers in their energy transformation journey.
• Active collaboration with a multi-cultural and multi-national matrixed global set up.
• Addressing the most exciting issues, pain-points, requirements from our customers in the context of the ongoing Energy Transition.
• Developing and re-shaping the value proposition of the Service/Digital portfolio.
• A day as Digital Grid-Grid ConsultingRegional Manager you will focus on driving scaling up the Digital Grid business and be the single point of sales contact for the designated regions/customers for consultations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive Digital Grid sales growth strategy to meet and exceed financial global targets.
• Drive Grid Consulting Sales Enablement (Grid Analysis and Planning & Energy Transformation Consulting)
• Supporting strategic key customers
• Design Account Planning and Global customer's approach.
• Be the single point of contact for the assigned regions.
• Formulating, aligning, communicating, and continuously monitoring the diverse Sales pipelines (Salesforce) necessary to deliver order intake targets.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and /or Business with relevant sales management experience across multiple portfolio elements within power transmission, with at least 5 years relevant professional experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel internationally and on occasion globally to support the needs of the business and our customers.
• Knowledge in transmission planning and operating studies (100 kV ~ 765 kV), power system performance analyses including load flow, dynamic stability, voltage stability, protection coordination, short-circuit and transfer limits.
• Understanding of grid connection procedures and grid codes, and particularly the modelling and study work involved. Relevant experience working and communicating with independent / transmission system operators (ISO / TSO), utilities, and developers.
• Knowledge skills in HVDC and FACTS applications, power transmission systems, industrial power supply concepts, power electronics and renewable generation is desirable.
• Familiar in power system simulation programs (e.g. PSS/E, TARA, PSLF, DigSilent PowerFactory, ETAP, PSCAD/EMTDC, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to delegates responsibility and solves problems quickly.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization while ensuring excellent relationship management with senior and also board level executives.
