Tell me more...The Digital Health Program manager for Innovation and Governance holds a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic development and effective implementation of Digital Health initiatives and programs within the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS).
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in a large scale, complex IM/ICT program environment, including planning, governance, risk management, reporting, budgeting and successful project closure. Ability to analyse, plan and manage specialised work packages. (SFIA Skill: PRMG: Level 6, PROF Level 5).
* Demonstrated leadership in driving Digital Health innovation, including the identification and adoption of emerging technologies.
* Proven experience in implementing and managing effective governance models tailored for Digital Health supporting new business and technology platforms. (SFIA Skill: GOVN Level 6).

Requirements for the role:
While not mandatory, the following would be well regarded:
* Possession of a tertiary degree in a relevant field
* Experience delivering digital projects in a healthcare setting
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of the major trends, strategic directions, and legislative frameworks within the ICT/ digital environment with the capacity to successfully adapt and adopt them in the healthcare environment
