Tell me more...Manage a complex and challenging capital planning and works program portfolio, in line with the Queensland Health project management methodology (project lifecycle).
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated high-level experience in leading and designing medium to large scale complex projects within a health infrastructure service delivery environment (or similar) and/or in a remote or rural environment to achieve successful project outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to actively deliver projects to time, cost, and quality performance indicators in a fast-paced business environment.
An understanding and appreciation of Native Title impacts on Capital Project delivery in areas subject to Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUA's).

Requirements for the role:
Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be highly regarded (i.e., Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering and/or Quantity Surveying).
Membership, registration and/or accreditation to a relevant industry association would be highly regarded.
