Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Co-Ordinator – DKSH Consumer Goods

We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Co-Ordinator to work within the Consumer Goods team. This position requires an all-round team player with strong organisational skills to support the team with a variety of projects across the marketing and product mix, with a particular focus on internal processes relating to budget invoicing, stakeholder, and content management. The primary purpose of the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Co-Ordinator is to provide administrative support to the Consumer Goods Digital Marketing team.
Responsibility:
- Input planned marketing activity into the DKSH A&P management system and work with finance and marketing team members to reconcile activity each month once finalised.
- Point of contact for consumer queries as well as liaison with internal stakeholders
- Data entry as required (websites, national listings, internal systems etc)
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager and other brand team members in the implementation of marketing strategies and activities across the organisation products and brands.
- marketing team Project Assistance (including but not limited to Brand Campaigns and Activations, New Product Development and Product Launches etc)
- Assist in creation and maintenance of business unit specific websites
- Maintain SEO / SEM / Adwords across owned websites
- General administration and finance support.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in Marketing / Ecommerce / Digital or adjacent
- 2+ years' experience in a marketing or sales support role
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong MS suite skills whilst also enthusiastic to use new pieces of reporting/ monitoring software
- Attention to detail and very good communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills to ensure prioritised, efficient, and effective completion of administration tasks of the office
- Strong people skills allowing the development of effective relationships both internally and externally
We offer flexible working arrangements, with 2 days working from home once established in the role.
