Job profile
The key purpose of the Media Digital Network Coordinator is to ensure optimal operation and performance of Vicinity Retail Media Digital screen network.
This role will actively collaborate with centre marketing teams, media partners and 3rd party providers to develop high quality digital screen content and build content Libraries.
This role will also be responsible for actively managing the digital screen network performance including efficient resolution of problems, optimal screen performance, scheduling preventative maintenance, assessing service levels of providers and managing all administrative reporting requirements to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
Key requirements
You will be experienced in information technology environments ideally with a background in media and content management. You will have an exceptional ability to resolve Information technology problems and manage competing priorities.
You will have demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective relationships both within and outside the organisation along with a desire to deliver outcomes in a professional, accurate and timely manner. A natural collaborator you will enjoy working in teams and have a strong customer focus.
