About the RoleThis role is located at our Geelong, VIC head office, working as part of a high-performing and fast paced global marketing team.
Our Digital Marketing Coordinator will effectively manage and proactively execute the end-to-end digital campaign program delivery for our business.
You will utilise your hands on digital and marketing platform experience to lead our email marketing campaign build and implementation to increase revenue from our email channel and optimise our campaigns for customer engagement.
This role is responsible for supporting website content initiatives across landing pages, blogs and website assets.
As part of the marketing team, you will additionally support the roll out of initiatives across various digital touch points to drive commercial outcomes for the business.
About You- Marketing/Digital Tertiary Qualifications or similar

- Experience with a customer engagement platform - DotDigital or similar
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce Platform - E.G. SFCC
- HTML and CCS for basic website customisation (beneficial).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools (beneficial).
- Solid understanding of customer databases, personalisation and segmentation
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in order to meet tight deadlines
- The ability to analyse data effectively, and make decisions that improve the performance of campaigns and aligns with business objectives
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of high achievements
- Work independently, multitask and demonstrate initiative
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- A retail or e-commerce background is highly regarded
- Experience and understanding of all digital areas
- Experience using website components for digital campaigns
- Proven track record in delivering customer engagement, growth and revenue
- Experience working with and managing external agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to plan and organise
- Achieve objectives and accept accountability for results
- Strong copywriting skills to write content for eDM's, websites and blogs
- Plan, execute and manage all CRM requirements
- Digital content planning and delivery
- Manage the email schedule for the brand across all regions & customer databases
- Develop eDM optimisation and success through planning and building automated campaigns and A/B testing of content
