Archies is on the lookout for a collection of Digital Marketing Coordinators to join our innovative, creative and highly connected Marketing and Content team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with creating engaging and creative content for all our social channels including Instagram and TikTok, while analysis and assessing performance on an ongoing basis. You will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our online marketing efforts to ultimate drive e-Commerce conversion.
This role will best suit an emerging creative, analytical and highly passionate social medial marketer who thrives on developing innovative and trend orientated content in fast paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management:
- Assist planning, development, and execution of Digital Marketing campaigns across key social, email marketing, and paid advertising channels
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance to deliver commercial objectives
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create (planning / filming / editing) engaging and relevant digital content, including short form videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Analysing content performance & collaborating with the team to consistently evolve and optimise
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyse data and provide insight assessing performance and recommend opportunities for growth and efficiency in Digital Marketing efforts.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with third party content creators for additional streams of content used in our online advertising
- Involved in coordinating partnerships with influencers and other brands.
- We will teach & develop your skills and capability in areas like;
- Content Creation - Planning, filming & editing content that covers: social media trends, consumer psychology based advertising & generally engaging content that is oriented around sales
- Content Performance Analysis - Monitor & assess performance of paid social ads based upon ROI driven KPIs
- Campaign Coordination - Excellent organisation & communication, internally & externally, to ensure marketing campaigns are executed smoothly

- Excellent organisation, planning skills & professionalism to work in an authentic and ethical manner
- An eye for trends and detail within the fashion, apparel and social influencer space
- Ambitious, proactive and outcomes oriented mindset underpinned by accountability
- Ability to work well under pressure with critical thinking and solution orientated mindset
- Any experience working within Meta or TikTok ads manager ideal but not essential
- Business or Marketing qualifications ideal, but not essential
