A new and exciting position exists for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing/E-Commerce Coordinator to join and complement our team. We require an experienced Shopify expert with proven knowledge who enjoys social media platforms as integration along with Google SEO, and Marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for company e-commerce accounts
- Responsible for online orders from receiving to delivery level initially
- Processing of sales order in relation to purchasing, packing, shipping, transport, billing and coordination initially
- Product management in relation to prices, stocks, promotion, layout, images and content as directed
- Data entry of products including extended product descriptions and product images with Marketing Manager
- Continuously improve products displayed on the site with Marketing Manager
- Continuously improve product mix and recommendations on the site Follow up on platform customer service enquires in coordination with the brand principle
- Developing and executing promotion plans in coordination with the Marketing Manager and senior Management direction
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, analysis and monthly performance presentations to team.
- Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce setting with the use of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (ppc, email marketing, link generation, online pr, SEO, offline marketing and pr, affiliate programmes, etc)
- Focus on digital marketing and e-commerce design and development
- Design, create, develop, test, support and maintain online platforms, social media and marketplaces
- Regularly review and maintain e-commerce content including product descriptions, stock levels and functionality
- Maximise exposure and sales growth
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Liaise and work closely with the Managing Director
Skills & Experience
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in business/marketing, e-commerce, digital sales or significant e-commerce experience
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience within a similar role
- Computer literate, knowledge and experienced in Microsoft Office, Word, PP, Excel, Shopify, Marketplace experience including Ebay, Amazon, Catch, My Deal etc.
- Able to cope with fast paced, driven working environment
- Strong communication skills, ability to speak on phone, chat, email and text customers, transport and team members
- Well-detailed and ability to follow timely specific procedures and instructions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Strong team player with motivated can-do positive attitude
- Sales driven and customer service focused.
- Presentation skills with a variety of online social media platforms
- Understanding of best online practices, social media platforms and content marketing
- Enjoy working on new challenges and providing input and opinion on projects

- A background working knowledge with e-commerce platforms, in particular Shopify
