About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-focused Digital Marketing Coordinator, to report on the optimisation of our performance marketing channels.  

In a nutshell, you will analyse performance, identify trends and patterns and collaborate closely with our internal team. You will drive the continuous improvement of our traffic, conversion, ROIs to help us achieve both financial and customer targets. 

You will work closely with other members of the Digital/eCommerce team and third-party agencies to ensure efficient and effective responses to marketing and business priorities.

This role requires a Data-Savvy marketing whizz who:

    Key responsibilities include:
     

  • Ensure customer experience through all Digital Marketing products is consistent with best in class UX principles that deliver on brand strategies
  • Provide data led insight to inform the direction of future campaign initiatives across the CCX brands for our email marketing, SMS and affiliate programs 
  • Own and report on our Social Listening reporting and identify and report on trends and learnings 
  • Support our digital inbound lead generation strategies 
  • Develop and maintain key vendor partnerships to shape new opportunities and keep CCX’s Digital Marketing capabilities best-in-class
  • Owning and maintaining performance analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting for our various channels
  • Work alongside the eCommerce trading team to deliver insights that help increase conversion and revenue
  • Contribute and participate in prioritisation and delivery of projects and change requests
  • Stay current with online trends, new technologies and assess the competitive landscape

About You

To be successful in the role you will need to have:  

  • Degree in business, marketing, Communication or similar preferred. 
  • Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret results. 
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Excel/Google or similar
