ABOUT THE ROLE:
Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location: Southbank, Melbourne office. Multiple WFH days/week
Base salary: $60k - $70k + super
Engagement: 3-6 month contract role, potential for a perm position
Ideal Start date: May/June 2024
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and execution of Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Support Digital Marketing team across multiple channels, including social media, email, Spotify and website updates.
- Collaborate in creating compelling and engaging content for digital channels and various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our tours.
- Analyse social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimise content strategies.
- Moderate user-generated content and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers professionally and courteously.
- Reconcile paid digital activity each month.
- Workcollaboratively across relevant partners/channels to produce cohesive tour campaign roll out from start to finish.
ABOUT YOU:
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications is preferred.
- Provenexperience managing Digital Marketing or social media - experience within music and entertainment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting engaging and compelling content.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and content.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet short deadlines.
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
