Location: Mooroolbark, Victoria (5 days onsite)

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a Full-Time basis. 

As the Jim's Group Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Digital Marketing efforts by ensuring our content is user-friendly and optimised for our target audience. Your focus will be on user testability, working closely with various teams to develop and implement strategies that improve user experience and drive engagement.

• Plan and conduct usability tests for websites and applications to identify user experience issues.
• Conduct user testing to gather feedback and insights for improving website and content usability.
• Assist in the creation of engaging content across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure content is user-friendly and aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Assist in analysing and reporting on the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the management of SEO/SEM efforts to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, UX design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and techniques.
