A well known brand that is known for empowering women. They have a global presence within ANZ and the US. Their head office is based in Alexandria working 2 days from home. 

Your new role 

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, your role is multifaceted, encompassing both creative and analytical aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting marketing initiatives and editing marketing materials across digital platforms
• Creating and managing mailing lists and EDM's 
• Organising, advertising and communicating marketing campaigns across various channels, including, online, social media.
• Market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition to inform strategic decisions
• Initiate and manage surveys to understand customer needs and loyalty
• Reporting on analytics, trends and data
• Supporting optimise SEO, audits, resolving issues and capitalising on opportunities

What you'll need to succeed 

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Analytical Skills: Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Strategic Thinking: Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
• Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools 
• Communication and People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Education: A BSc/BA in marketing or business administration is preferred.
