The Role

We are in search of a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and the ever-changing world of hospitality.

You will be responsible for supporting the execution of all marketing projects across owned digital channels and paid media for the business. You will be working collaboratively with the marketing team and venue operation teams to optimise Merivale's digital footprint for guests and internal staff.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating the digital communications plan, owning the implementation and reporting for single-brand campaigns and projects

• Working with the Digital Marketing Manager on digital channel implementation for groupwide & new venue projects

• Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with optimising and reporting on ‘always on' digital channel strategies across website, email and paid media

• Creating campaign briefs for media agencies and partners

You are

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar Digital Marketing role

• Working within hospitality, film, fashion, media, entertainment or retail industries

• Experience using a CMS, CRM and an analytics tool is preferable

• An intermediate understanding of all digital media types

• Proactive with a strong work ethic and can work collaboratively with the wider team

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple deadlines 

• Passionate about the hospitality industry, and food and beverage
