PETA + JAIN are a leading fashion accessories brand. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Co-ordinator to take the brand to the next level. The role is office based at our head office in Botany and hours are 8.30am-4pm Monday to Friday. Dedicated parking is available on site. All staff have a generous allowance and discounts which can be used across the entire PETA + JAIN range. All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have permanent residency. All applicants MUST have worked in a similar role in a fashion environment.
As the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Co-ordinator you will play a pivotal role in the digital expansion of Peta + Jain. Reporting to the Directors, this unique opportunity allows you to contribute to a dynamic brand and enhance your expertise alongside industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Plan and implement day to day digital operations and ensuring a consistent and inspiring brand presence.
- Coordinate Digital Marketing assets and content creation
- Generate comprehensive reports using analytics tools for in depth analysis.
- Ensure timely execution of digital campaigns, keeping assets up-to-date across all channels.
- Content creation across all social media platforms ( the right candidate will need to be comfortable talking to and being in front of the camera)
Ecommerce
- Collaborate with Graphic Designer to ensure global website is up to date with current imagery and assets
- Coordinate website promotions and visuals in line with business goals
- Plan key moments on the content and trading calendar
- Collaborate with the graphic design team for consistent website updates
- Respond to website reviews and address customer service feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce experience in the fashion industry.
- Proven Shopify and Google Analytics experience.
- Experience with paid advertising across social platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest
- Experience with paid SMS messaging and loyalty programmes.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Creative mindset combined with analytical prowess
