About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to support the implementation of integrated Digital Marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts across multiple Oliver Hume projects. This role will focus on Campaign Management, Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Project manage the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on digital and reporting/analytics.
- Analyse market research, campaign metrics and purchaser data and generate actionable insight.
- Development of customer communications, including edms and SMSes that adhere to brand guidelines and align to edm best practice
- Maintain and operate the marketing automation platform including Journey Building preparation and deployment done through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SMS Magic.
- Ensure existing processes are adhered to when setting up Oliver Hume lead tracking system for both vendors and new communities, including utm generation for new enquiries and social media lead form integration into CRM.
- Oversee Digital Marketing performance and metrics for each project in your portfolio regularly checking data integrity for consistency and ensuring effective integration between digital platforms.
- Collate and analyse CRM data through data visualisation: PowerBI.
- Develop marketing and media recommendations based upon CRM reporting, segmentation, and enquiry trends.
- Monitor and collate competitor activity, advertising and product Post campaign analysis and reporting.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business (Marketing/Advertising/Communication/Media)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or an agency environment.
- Experience within the property, real estate or property development industry or agency background (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to able to manage multiple projects, internal and external stakeholders and deadlines.
- Enthusiasm and appreciation for all things data and digital related
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a dynamic working environment
- Self motivated and disciplined to be able to work both independently and as a team
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multi-tasking
- Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms - preferably Marketing Cloud and Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS and Salesforce Ampscript/Javascript coding, Adobe suite and PowerBI will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of the creative processes.
- Ability to take ownership of campaigns and work autonomously while still functioning within a team sharing knowledge, resources and workload when required
