Position Description: Sales and Marketing Manager, Salary Guide: $70,000 - $90,000
The Role
The role of Sale and Marketing Manager is to pursue & nurture leads following on from the initial outreach stage. You will take over from the outreach team who work together to send bespoke audits to a high volume of exciting companies each day.
You will have monthly targets in place with commission incentives.
Your role spans from overseeing the outreach team, operating the lead nurturing process, organising back-end audits, and ends with handing over warm leads to our sales director once an initial meeting has been booked.

What will your day-to-day look like?
People: You must love speaking with people: you are friendly, courteous, and passionate. You are a clear and open communicator; we practice consultative selling so you must have a desire to demonstrate value & ignite excitement in qualified prospects. Lead in-house marketing team & manage engagement with clients
Strategy: You will be engaging in thoughtful conversations, diving into each brand’s current position & aspirations whilst having a deep comprehension on our services and how they would best suit. This part of the role is the most important. We don’t sell a service that we don’t genuinely believe will help a brand.
Problem solving: You identify pain points quickly and come up with innovative solutions. This will be problems the client is facing in their business as well as problems that arise in your day to day. The ability to solve these quickly is essential in this role. Utilise data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise digital marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
We have monthly targets which will change based on the time of year. Drive sales growth through effective digital marketing strategies, with a focus on both direct-to-consumer and B2B channels. Plan and implement sales strategies, setting targets and adapting to maximise Sales and brand exposure.
Admin: Use Hubspot, and other tools to manage your pipeline through each phase, documenting key touch points. Everything must be organised and kept up to date for complete visibility. Track & report against brand performance focused on ecom, digital and social metrics
Services: You will keep yourself informed around our services and innovations that are happening so that you are constantly well informed for the team. Things change quickly so you must always be up to date. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Sales: You will have a proven track record working in a fast-paced sales environment
