About the role:

Car Mods Australia is seeking a professional and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team.  You will be responsible for developing (in collaboration with our company directors) and implementing the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the digital presence of Car Mods Australia and 4x4 Mods Australia.

In this role you will be responsible for the execution of our social, paid and organic marketing efforts by co-ordinating the agencies which we work with in each of these specific channels along with working hands on yourself.  You will also be responsible for the roll-out of all digital projects across the organisation & brand revenue targets, working closely with the directors of the company to formulate these strategies and execute on our growth plans. 

• You MUST be a self starter and problem solver with a positive attitude that enjoys working within a growing company.
• In collaboration with all team members, sustain and drive a high performing results-driven company culture
• This is an existing role with clear structure, responsibilities and goals.  You will be replacing a previous staff member who has recently moved on to another role.  This is your chance to take over a well organised marketing department and add your experience and innovation to what we do!

Who we are looking for:

• You must have 4+ years experience as an Digital Marketing Manager with an exceptional ability to read analytics, make educated data driven decisions and execute marketing strategy effectively across all digital channels
• You will work alongside directors to formulate and measure the success of our marketing & growth strategy
• You must enjoy a fast paced environment at a growing company which focuses on the customer at all times
• You will be responsible for executing the companies marketing strategy across all digital channels, including but not limited to Social, SEM, SEO, Email, Affiliate and third party marketplaces (ebay, amazon, trademe).  You will be hands on in some channels and manage specific agencies in other channels.
• Brand management - be responsible for reporting on the sales targets, pricing strategies and marketing optimisation of each of the brands in our catalogue 
• You must have experience in all common online marketing platforms
• You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role
• You will adhere to set budgets whilst achieving the companies growth strategies
• You will provide regular performance updates on set account KPIs
• You will have a keen eye for the key elements of design in order to maximise CTR, CVR and engagement on all our graphic materials. Working with our graphic designer to ensure promotions achieve maximum engagement 
• You will be committed to your own personal development and have a strong desire to continually learn and grow
• You must have a sick addiction to being data driven and get a kick out of executing and measuring successful marketing campaigns to continue to fuel the growth of the company
