Brand Partners is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. The candidate will provide support to all lawyers of the firm including legal administrative tasks, assisting with accounting / bookkeeping and the preparation of documents for litigation.

The successful candidate will have:
- 2 to 3+ years’ experience in a similar role at a reputable firm
- File opening and document management
- Answering phones and reception duties
- Office management tasks: invoicing and ordering of supplies
- Drafting letters and communicating with clients
- Filing court documents including use of online filing platforms (Redcrest)
- Diary management, arranging appointments and Zoom meetings
- Preparing briefs to Counsel, court books, chronologies and spreadsheets
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency
- Good technical knowledge and communication skills
- LEAP practice management software and Xero accounting software experience will be highly regarded
- Bookkeeping, accounting or similar experience will also be highly regarded.
