About your new role
We're looking for a passionate social media and Digital Marketing guru to deliver owned channel campaigns and support the development of organisational Digital Marketing.
The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing social media campaigns, coordinating incoming and live campaigns, providing insightful analysis of activity and delivering initiatives aligning with organisation needs and priorities.
Along with enthusiasm for social media, some creative flair and the right technical know-how, it's crucial you can flourish as a member of our close-knit team and demonstrate the City's High-Performance Principles.
We are looking for a part-time team member who can join us on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

We're looking for people who have:
- Experience in a similar role/roles
- Expert knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in social media in key platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Expertise in social media copywriting and content creation
- Experience in a social/digital communications role, including the ability to develop and deliver engaging paid social media content that is appealing to a range of target audiences
- A positive relationship-building approach and practical stakeholder management skills
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Analytical expertise in evaluatingand reporting on social media campaigns
- Working knowledge of image and video editing applications, e.g. Canva (desirable).
